A short, specific description of what this website collects and what it does not.

What this website collects

Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, optional phone number, organisation where relevant, and your message. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page of this site.

What we do with it

We reply to you, and we place you correctly — for example adding a volunteer to drive announcements for their area. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Green Troopers.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are sent by email to Green Troopers. If email delivery fails, the submission is written to a server-side log that is not reachable from the web, so your message is not silently lost.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Some pages remember nothing about you at all between visits.

The assistant

The “Ask Green Troopers AI” panel runs in your browser in this build and matches your question against a fixed list of answers about this site. Nothing you type there is transmitted, stored or profiled. Please still avoid entering personal or sensitive information into it.

Crowdfunding platforms

When you follow a campaign link you leave this site for the crowdfunding platform hosting that campaign. What happens there is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms, not ours.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: greentroopers2000@gmail.com. We will action deletion requests unless we are legally required to keep something.

This notice describes the website. If Green Troopers introduces accounts, payments or a connected AI model, it will be updated before those go live — not afterwards.
